BibleForHer (the "App") is an application designed for spiritual practice. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the rules governing your access to and use of the App, along with any related content or features (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or otherwise using BibleForHer, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them, and accepted them as binding. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
BibleForHer is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the App, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and that you have the legal ability to agree to these Terms.
At present, BibleForHer does not require you to set up an account. You alone are responsible for keeping your device, operating system, and network connection secure while accessing the App. Should optional account-based features be added later, separate terms may be introduced to govern them.
By using BibleForHer, you commit to refraining from the following actions:
Your use of BibleForHer is also subject to the BibleForHer Privacy Policy, which describes how information is gathered and used, including the limited use of Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for analytics and attribution. By using the App, you agree to the data practices set forth in that Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and materials made available through the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and software, belong to or are licensed to the BibleForHer provider and are safeguarded under applicable intellectual property laws. You may download and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other form of use is not allowed without our prior written permission.
BibleForHer may integrate third-party tools or SDKs, such as analytics or attribution services, to help us measure App performance and usage. These providers act on our behalf and remain bound by the BibleForHer Privacy Policy.
BibleForHer currently does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or any paid offerings. Should paid features be introduced in the future, we will revise these Terms and present the applicable purchase conditions before any charges apply.
The App is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees that the App will be free of errors, operate without interruption, or that any defects will be fixed. The content provided within BibleForHer is meant for general informational or inspirational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or religious counseling.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the BibleForHer provider and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or connected to your use of BibleForHer, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages. In any case, our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you have paid to use the App, which is currently zero.
We retain the right to suspend or end your access to BibleForHer at any time, should we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, or if we decide to discontinue the App. You may stop using BibleForHer at any time simply by removing the application from your device.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Whenever significant changes are made, we will adjust the "Last Updated" date at the top and, where relevant, display a notice within the App. Continuing to use BibleForHer after any such updates take effect indicates that you accept the revised version of these Terms.
